Boot Camp in Eskilstuna, Sweden, 4th-8th of July 2016

Pingisstudion has worked closely together with Eskilstuna Table Tennis Club since 2014. We now invite you to a Table Tennis Boot Camp in Eskilstuna with extra focus on the physical training. Table tennis has become more physical in recent years with a larger ball and slower rackets (new rules for glue). We believe it is more important than ever to start with regular varied physical training early to avoid injuries and to be able to train hard over time.

We will have one full table tennis session (3 hours), one physical training session (1,5-2 hours) and one shorter table tennis session focusing on the serve and the receiving (1 hour) every day. It will be a tight schedule where we also expect to fit in a few social activities and competitions.

Welcome to Eskilstuna, Sweden!
